Clinical Alliance Membership Options

USD $595 – Clinical Alliance Single-Site Agency Membership

For organizations with one primary physical location and a single organizational unit, such as a hospital, home health agency, or public health office.

A Single-Site Membership provides access to the licensed Clinical Alliance materials for one geographic location or organizational unit. An organization with a single organizational unit and multiple geographically contiguous campuses may be considered a single site.

USD $325 – Clinical Alliance Rural Outreach Membership

Special pricing for outpatient clinic systems or rural hospitals with fewer than 30 beds.

This membership provides full rights to use the preceptor and clinical competency development resources and is designed to support smaller healthcare facilities and clinics.

USD $140 – Alliance Preceptorship Membership

For an individual preceptor teaching within a specific unit.

This membership provides individual rights to use the available preceptor teaching and learning resources. Materials may be adapted and presented, and written materials may be printed, while the membership is active.

This membership is intended for individual use within a single unit and does not provide agency-wide distribution rights or permission to modify and brand the course materials.

USD $140 – Clinical Competency Framework (CCF) User Manual

For individuals or organizations that would like to purchase a printed copy of the Clinical Competency Framework User Manual without purchasing an Alliance or Preceptorship Membership.

Multi-Site Licensing

A 15% discount is available for multi-site licensing when three or more agencies or locations submit payment as a single healthcare system.

Please contact us at info@nursesinternational.org to discuss multi-site licensing and determine the membership option that best fits your organization.

Why Join the Clinical Alliance?

Clinical Alliance membership is designed to strengthen clinical education systems by providing standardized, evidence-informed tools, shared resources, and a collaborative professional network that supports consistent competency development across settings.

Membership can help organizations and individuals:

  • Implement a standardized approach to clinical competency development using the Core Competency-Based Orientation (CBO) model, ensuring consistent expectations, evaluation methods, and documentation of clinical performance across units and sites.
  • Support preceptor development and educator effectiveness through structured teaching resources, instructor guides, learning activities, and ready-to-use training materials that reduce preparation time and improve teaching consistency.
  • Strengthen onboarding and orientation processes with over 180 coaching plans tailored to acute care, long-term care, clinic, and home care environments, helping organizations more effectively guide new staff into practice.
  • Improve clinical competency assessment and documentation using validated tools that support clear expectations, structured feedback, and measurable progress for RNs, LPNs, and selected allied health roles.
  • Reduce duplication of effort and resource development costs by providing access to a centralized library of pre-built tools, templates, policies, and job descriptions that can be adapted rather than created from scratch.
  • Access expert guidance and consultation from Clinical Alliance faculty, including professional development support, implementation advice, and optional consulting services to assist with complex educational or organizational needs.
  • Stay current with evolving best practices and updated resources, as Clinical Alliance materials are continuously reviewed, revised, and expanded based on partner input, research, and clinical education trends.
  • Enhance organizational alignment and communication by using shared frameworks, policies, and competency language that improve consistency across departments, sites, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Connect with a broader community of clinical educators and healthcare organizations, fostering collaboration, shared learning, and opportunities to benchmark practices and outcomes.
  • Contribute to ongoing development of the Clinical Competency Framework, helping shape future tools, research initiatives, and innovations in preceptor education and transition-to-practice support.
